Shipping policy

Standard shipping in the USA is free for orders greater than $85, otherwise shipping is $6.95. If you require expedited shipping, please email us.  To clarify, expedited shipping only applies to how your order is shipped after the time it takes to create your work(s).

All products ordered from ranch Royalty are drop-shipped directly from wonderful printers.  Production times vary anywhere from 3-12 business days and delivery times can range from 1-7 business days, depending on to where your work of art is shipped.

It is important to report any damage immediately via email to concierge@porterartguild.com.  If you order is damaged in any way, you must take pictures detailing the damage and retain all packaging materials in case the shipping wishes to inspect the damage. 

All lost or damaged goods will be replaced.
